1. The registered letter is intended to be sent in good time, if delivered to the accepting post office within the deadline indicated above;
2. provide, by using a carrier of its choice and at its own expense, within seven (7) days from the date on which it communicated its decision to withdraw from the contract to Selleria Ferro Srl, the shipment of the Product / s purchased, suitably protected and packed, if possible, in the original packaging, accompanied by any accessories. The Products must be returned in a normal state of conservation and must not be damaged and / or altered in such a way as to cause a decrease in value. In the event that the Product has deteriorated, the customer may return it, responding, however, to the consequent decrease in value, pursuant to art. 57, paragraph II, Consumer Code.

Selleria Ferro Srl will reimburse all payments received by the customer, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the day on which it is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund amount will be communicated via e-mail and credited to the means or payment solution used for the purchase by the customer.
Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the event that the sale relates to products made to measure or customized or which by their nature cannot be sent back as they are inseparably mixed with other goods or risk deteriorating or altering quickly.
The personalized goods will be made on the basis of the information and indications given by the customer. Selleria Ferro Srl , assumes no responsibility in the event of incorrect information being sent by the customer. Selleria Ferro Srl is not responsible for the legitimacy of images and contents of the material supplied by the customer. Selleria Ferro Srl assumes no responsibility for errors made by the customer during the configuration phase for product customization on the website.
Responsibility for using a copyrighted reason
The customer declares under his own responsibility to have the permission to use the copyrighted motive for commercial purposes and to have asked the legitimate owner of the rights for a limited authorization to use it. GUARANTEES
- Legal Guarantee of Conformity

In order to take advantage of the Legal Guarantee, the Customer must therefore first provide proof of the date of purchase and delivery of the Product. In order to take advantage of the Legal Guarantee, the Customer must keep the purchase invoice sent by the Company or any other document that could attest to the date of execution of the purchase.

In the event that a Product purchased on the Site, during the period of validity of the Legal Guarantee, shows a lack of conformity, the User must contact the Company.
In the event of termination of the contract, Selleria Ferro Srl will return to the customer the total amount paid, consisting of the purchase price, shipping costs and any other additional costs. In the event of a price reduction, Selleria Ferro Srl will return the amount of the reduction, previously agreed with the User.
The amount of the reduction will be communicated to the customer by e-mail and credited to the means or payment solution used by the customer for the purchase.
The "Non-compliant Products" include products sent by mistake by Selleria Ferro Srl or which present vices or defects.
All non-compliant Products, to replace or refunded, must be returned to Selleria Ferro Srl within 7 days from the date of receipt of the same, in their original packaging, accompanied by the delivery note from the carrier.
The transport costs will be borne by Selleria Ferro Srl .
When Selleria Ferro Srl receives the allegedly non-compliant Products, it will examine them as soon as possible. If Selleria Ferro Srl confirms the non-compliance of the Products, it will replace defective or missing Products at its own expense or refund. In the event of a refund, the customer will be refunded within thirty (30) days after confirmation, for the amount corresponding to the price of the Products purchased.
APPLICABLE LAW
The general conditions of sale and the contractual relationships between Selleria Ferro S.r.l. and the customer applies Italian law.
Without prejudice to the applicability of the mandatory provisions of law placed to protect consumers, any dispute relating to the validity, effectiveness, interpretation or execution of each contract, to navigation on this website by the customer or to the use of any service and / or functionality made available to the same through the site, will be the exclusive competence of the Court of Rome (Italy).
